16th Annual Child Abuse Prevention Golf Outing



Hand-to-Hand and Center for Families invites you to support and participate in the 16th Annual Child Abuse Prevention Golf Outing to benefit Center for Families’ efforts to prevent child abuse.  With your 15 years of support nearly $190,000 has been raised by this event to assist in the Prevention of Child Abuse.

Monday, June 1, 2015 at Blackhawk County Club
10:30am Registration
11:00am Lunch
12:15pm Shotgun Start
Post-play reception including: hors d'oeuvres, silent auction, and awards/prizes


Opportunities to participate include:
Corporate, Lunch or Reception sponsorships, Foursome Sponsorship, Hole or Pin
Sponsorships, and/or donation for Silent Auction

All sponsors also have the opportunity to place a promotional item in the golfer’s
registration packets and participate in events throughout the day.  Foursome
sponsorship includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch and post-play reception.


Sponsorships and foursomes (limited to 25) fill us fast!  Please contact us via phone or email to let us know how you would like to participate.  You may also complete the registration/sponsorship form and return to Julie Sheldon.

Once we’ve received your reservation, we will contact you to confirm.  We are grateful for your support of Child Abuse Prevention!  We look forward to seeing you at this year’s outing on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Blackhawk Country Club!

Harley-Davidson partners with Center for Families for Pinwheels for Prevention.

April is the National Child Abuse Prevention Month.  Harley-Davidson has partnered with Center for Families for "Pinwheels for Prevention".

The Pinwheel symbolizes:

UPDATE: 04.20.15 - Badger Harley Davidson was purchased by a new owner and they have decided against supporting this campaign further.  Thankfully, Kutter Harley-Davidson in Janesville has stepped in to continue the campaign and will do through May 2015.

Harley-Davidson will be selling the whimsical Pinwheels for Prevention.You can choose between the Pinwheel or a lapel pin, each for a suggested donation of $5; all proceeds go to support the child abuse prevention programs offered by Center for Families.

Your purchase of a pinwheel or lapel pin is a demonstration of your commitment to healthy child development and child abuse prevention!  Display the Pinwheel on your bike or car or wear the lapel pin to show your support of the prevention of child abuse throughout April and beyond!

Culver's of East Towne presents "Scoopie Night" to support the prevention of child abuse programs offered at Center for Families.

Show your support of National Child Abuse Prevention Month (April) by dining at Culver's East Towne!
